If you are an Authorized Retailer, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure you are using correct Global ID in lowercase and case sensitive password.
- If you are still having issues, please contact your Store Manager.
- Store Manager should work with the Authorized Retail Principal or their designee to have the password reset using Cricket Self-Serve.
