Why can't I get online?
Either your account is suspended, or you're on a Talk & Text plan, which does not include data access.
What should I do?
- If your account is suspended for non-payment, you can restore your service by making a payment.
- Your account could be suspended due to using a device that will not be compatible with our network on or after 2/22/22, when we make network improvements. Act now and upgrade to a compatible device to restore your service.
- If you're on a Talk & Text plan and want to access the internet, you'll need to change your plan.
Sign in to My Account or the myCricket app to make a payment, upgrade your deivce, or change your plan. You can also call 1-800-CRICKET for help.
